- Amenity access cards allow you to gain entry to the pool and fitness center. The association provides up to two (2) FREE access cards for homeowners. Additional cards and cards for renters/tenants can be purchased for $30 each via money order or personal check for occupants residing within a household at Wendell Falls. There must be a photo and name listed for each member residing in the household. Proof of residency is required for all issued cards. Cards will be issued once all documentation and applicable funds are received. Please send the access card form and headshot photo for each ID card in JPEG format to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cards are usually ready for pick up within 1 business day. Access cards are only made during business hours, Monday – Friday.

Once you have registered for the resident portal, you will start receiving the Friday Flash, our weekly email update which contains upcoming events, reminders, and emergency flashes. You will also receive a copy of the monthly newsletter at the beginning of each month.

Homeowners associations have two primary functions – 1) to enforce the Bylaws, CC&R’s as well as any community deed restrictions that exist; and 2) to own, manage and maintain common property including parks and amenities. To do all this, the HOA collects dues on a monthly basis to fund the operating budget.

Parking of automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, scooters, bicycles, trailers or other vehicles of any kind are prohibited on public or private streets or alleys within the community. Construction, service and delivery vehicles are allowed for such period of time as reasonably necessary to provide a service or to make a delivery to the home or the common area. Overnight parking by guests of an owner is allowed only while staying overnight and ONLY in places designated by signage or painted lines as parking spaces.
Approved containers must either be stored in an enclosed garage or in the rear yard of the home, screened from view of adjacent property except on the day garbage is collected. Accumulation of rubbish, trash or garbage is prohibited with the exception of regular garbage collection times. Please reference the Enclosure Guidelines here.
All exterior improvements or changes to your home or lot must have approval by the DRC. Approval must be received prior to any work starting. Application forms can be found on the community website under Document Library. Please bring a completed application, copy of plans and specs, including copy of the summary with images of potential addition and a $30 check or money order payable to WFCA to the Community Association office. We ask that you please inform your immediate neighbors of the project as a courtesy.
Seasonal items and art are allowed 30 days prior to such “holiday” and are required to be removed within 15 days after such “holiday.” All such items shall be located within the property lines.
Adult swim is from 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. daily during pool season. To enroll please click the link below and sign a SAYOR (Swim at Your Own Risk) form.
Guest pool passes are $50 for a 10 punch card and must be purchased by Residents at the Community Association office during business hours. Payments can be made via money order or personal check. Residents must remain in the pool area with their guest(s) at all times. For additional information regarding guest pool passes click here.

• The Community Association office is located on the lower level of the Wendell Falls Farmhouse, 320 Vintage Point Lane. For emergency after hours, call 1-855-5-4MYHOA (1-855-546-9462). Call 9-1-1 to reach emergency services if there is imminent threat to life or property.

The fire pit key is with the Newland Information Center staff. You can speak with any member of the Information Center staff to check out the key. Please bring a photo ID with you so a staff member can make a copy of it when checking out the key. Residents are expected to return the key to the Information Center when they are finished with it.
